Agreement

By accessing or using the Offgrid Minds website at offgridminds.com and related pages (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to the Site only and do not by themselves govern downloaded apps, hardware, purchases, creator tools, or other products or services when they become available.

What this Site is

The Site presents the Offgrid Minds company, current product direction, illustrative demos, Expert Pack concepts, maps, privacy principles, future hardware vision, and optional launch-update signup. Unless we clearly state otherwise on a specific page, content on the Site is provided for informational and preview purposes.

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell unreleased software, Expert Packs, creator tools, dedicated hardware, emergency services, communication capabilities, or any specific feature set.

Demos and simulations

Some pages include interactive demonstrations — including the app-style demo — that are designed to show how the product may work. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Demo responses, maps, weather examples, and pack content may be scripted or illustrative
• The demo does not run the production on-device model
• The demo is not intended to access your real microphone, camera, location, contacts, or files
• Visuals, specifications, and capabilities may change before public release

Future-facing content

The Site may describe hardware concepts, creator ecosystems, local device-to-device communication, SOS-related ideas, map availability, language support, pricing, performance, battery life, range, and other capabilities that are still in development. These materials may change as engineering, testing, licensing, regulation, and product decisions continue.

No emergency or safety reliance

Do not rely on the Site, its demos, or descriptions of future features as a substitute for professional advice, certified navigation equipment, official weather warnings, emergency services, or your own preparation in the field. Offgrid Minds is not an emergency-response provider.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you may not:

• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or operation
• Use automated means to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Site without permission
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Offgrid Minds
• Use the Site in violation of applicable law

Intellectual property

The Offgrid Minds name, logos, website design, copy, product concepts, and original materials on the Site are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share links to the Site and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial commentary, but you may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site materials without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party names, trademarks, and services mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

Third-party links and stores

The Site may link to app stores, external services, or other websites we do not control. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. When public download links are enabled, they will point to the relevant platform provider’s distribution environment.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFGRID MINDS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFGRID MINDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Changes
